Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, develop client relationships, and close deals.
• Industry Knowledge: Utilize your understanding of the retail industry to connect with key contacts and decision-makers.
• Proposals and Presentations: Create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Client Meetings and Travel: Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations, with regular travel as required.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the retail industry.
• Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in creating proposals and presentations.
• Industry Contacts: Established network within the retail industry is highly desirable.
• Quick Learner: Ability to quickly understand and articulate Radiowalla’s offerings and value proposition.

Full Stack Developer / Lead

Location – Bangalore

We are seeking an experienced full-stack developer/lead to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining the company's core backend systems, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. While the candidate will use a variety of programming/technology stacks (Node.js, Python, Mysql, Mongo, React, etc.), he/she will need to have a good system/architectural level understanding of distributed systems in the cloud. The role will require coordination with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain the company's core backend and frontend systems
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless integration and functioning of all applications
• Monitor and optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices for scalability
• Develop and maintain APIs on the platform for various applications
• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• At least 5 to 7 years of experience in web application development (experience in Audio streaming and/or distributed system design will be a plus)
• Strong programming skills Node.js, Express and JS frameworks
• Experience with cloud platforms is a must, especially, AWS
• Good understanding of Python, shell scripting and Linux (exposure to Windows Powershell will be a plus)
• Experience with data analytics will be a plus
• Experience with backend technologies such as relational databases (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL), non-relational databases (e.g. MongoDB, Redis), and message queues (e.g. RabbitMQ, Kafka)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues in complex systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in an agile and nimble environment
• Exposure to Front end development is a plus
